The Town of Gaston Planning Committee will conduct a Public Hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025 at 6:30 p.m. in the Meeting Room at Town Hall, 131 N Carlisle Street, Gaston, SC. The purpose of this meeting is to receive public input and comments on the following:
A request by the applicant to rezone property at Woodtrail Drive, Gaston, SC 29053 (behind Food Lion). Tax Map Number 010100-02-005. Rezoning request is to rezone this property from RD (Rural Development) to R3 (General Residential)
The Planning Committee is a recommending body only and final action is by Town Council.
