The Town of Gaston Planning Committee will conduct a public meeting on March 16, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 131 N. Carlisle Street, Gaston, SC. The purpose of this meeting is to review plans for two potential housing developments. One at Woodtrail behind Food Lion (TMS# 010100-02-005) and the other on Boy Scout Road (TMS# 010000-01-011). The general public and other interested parties are encouraged to attend. The Planning Committee is a recommending body only and final action is by Town Council.
THE TOWN OF GASTON COLLARD & BARBEQUE FESTIVAL WILL BE HAVING MECHANICAL RIDES THIS YEAR! The Robbie Cockrell Band will be here to entertain everyone along with The Goins Dancing School and DJ Jeremy! We will also have a petting zoo, Crafters, Food Vendors, Exhibitors and much more!!. Barbeque plates will be sold in the kitchen at 11:30. Parade at 10:00 a.m. Come join in the fun!!!!
