Message from the Chief
I would first and foremost like to thank my god and family for standing by me in my career as a law-enforcement officer… we as a community know the hardships that we face every day such as crime, bad economy and lacking education…These three things go hand in hand and one thing that they all have in common is they produce victims…We as citizens have to come together and fight against these three catalyst to provide our town and society with a calm and a reassurance that we can live without the threat of being victimized…We as a whole need to communicate with one another, to our community and to law-enforcement our problems by meeting with community leaders in public forums such as crimewatch and town council meetings …
I, along with our community can stand together and move forward to make gaston a better place to raise our children, but it comes with us all working together…thank you for this opportunity and I promise to work hard to make this community a place families can provide their children with great memories…
